The DeltaQuad Pro #CARGO is an industrial grade Vertical Takeoff and Land (VTOL) fixed wing UAV. It has been designed for cargo transport and customization. It employs a wide range of unique capabilities. This fully electric vehicle can be easily controlled from a tablet or laptop. It can take-off and land just about anywhere and can do so completely autonomously.
The DeltaQuad Pro #CARGO provides a large payload bay that is directly on the center of gravity of the vehicle. This means that it will fly equally well with or without payload and does not require re-balancing. The rugged EPO material makes it very resistant to impact, is easy to customize and much safer to use than other materials.

This mechanism allows dropping payloads, with parachute if required, on a target that was planned in the mission, or instructed from the ground control station.
The Payload Drop Mechanism sits inside the payload bay and is equipped with 2 payload doors that will open when scheduled. The payload bay inner dimensions allow for packages up to 15 x 10 x 9 cm and support payloads up to 1 Kg.
The DeltaQuad can communicate using radio telemetry up to 20km distance, or 3G mobile internet telemetry for unlimited distance, or both in a redundant setup. If 4G/LTE connectivity is available it can stream FPV video. It can also fly beyond communication range on a fully autonomous mission.

All DeltaQuad Pro models come with a secondary onboard computer that monitors safety, optimizes the vehicle and optionally provides mobile internet VPN connectivity to the ground station. Full access is granted to this onboard computer for custom software. The onboard computer is connected to the flight controller and exposes the industry standard Mavlink protocol to external applications.

The omnidirectional ground system offers up to 20KM digital encrypted telemetry range.
Using the 3G or 4G mobile network this unit provides a VPN secured telemetry link that can function as primary or backup link. The use of the mobile network provides virtually unlimited telemetry range. The unit is installed with a small nose camera that can stream ‘skype quality’ video when 4G/LTE data speeds are available.
